Abdulaziz Al-Hammad is the Chairman and Managing Director of Mas Holding Company, which is based out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Prior to establishing Mas Holding Company, Mr. Hammad was Senior Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture and Chairman of the Advisors Committee at the Ministry.
Mr. Hammad is a well-known agricultural economist and rural development expert.He has been a member of many Agriculture Ministry delegations to International and Arab Conferences. He was also the International Cooperation Representative for the Ministry of Agriculture. He contributed in Technical Meetings and conferences organized by the Ministry of Agriculture.
Possessing strong leaderships skills in board governance, comprehensive understanding of financial management principles, entrepreneurial and excellent management skills.
He is a leading business figure in Car Rental and Limousine, Real Estate Development and management operations of property and mega-project development portfolio.
In other capacities he is a leading expert in stock market investment and analysis, Government policy and procedures.
Mr. Hammad holds a M.S. Degree in Agriculture Economics and Rural Development from the University of North Carolina, USA, and a BS degree from King Saud University, in Agriculture Engineering.
Engineer Abdulaziz Gabel is a licensed counselor and lecturer in IT and electronic content management.
After leaving Aramco in 1994 he worked as a consultant for Aramco and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB).
He founded and managed Sakhr for Integrated solutions in partnership with Global IT and Sakhr Software Development in the Arab Republic of Egypt. In 2001 he joined Nesma group of companies as Vice President for Sales and Marketing. He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Mawaddah International for Hotels, a Board Member of Nesma Batterjee, and a Board Member of Nesma for Recycling. He is a Partner and Board Member in Batterjee Artistic Iron Work Company and Nesma International for Water and Energy Technologies.
He has founded for Nesma Group several companies including Nesma Content Management, Nesma Travel & Tourism and Nesma International for Water and Energy Technologies.
